2. Daily maintenance: It is carried out in the form of daily maintenance work schedule (A and B level maintenance). Its main content is to do a good job in cleaning the ship environment and equipment, check the equipment and eliminate the "three leaks" (water, oil and gas), check the specific gravity of the battery and electrolyte, check the oil level of the oil tank, engine, gear box, etc., and check the level of the cooling water in the expansion tank.
3. Monthly maintenance: It is carried out in the form of monthly maintenance work schedule (level C and D maintenance). Its main contents are: check the fastening of deck equipment and the effectiveness of waterproof and sunscreen devices, and check the water (weather) tightness of windows, doors and covers; Clean or replace the fuel, oil filter and air filter; Check the lubrication status of main engine and other equipment; Fill lubricating oil, etc. to each equipment regularly according to regulations. Routine inspection of air and oil cut-off, fire alarm and centralized monitoring; Check the sealing performance and oil quality of the hydraulic steering gear pipeline; Check the sealing of pump water seal, tail shaft oil, water seal, etc; Other necessary maintenance work.
4. Semi-annual overhaul: the planned overhaul items shall be prepared by the ship (Class D and E maintenance) and implemented after approval. The main contents are: check the corrosion of cabins, decks, fenders, etc., and local rust removal and paint repair; Check the shafting and piping; Dismantle and inspect the main and auxiliary engines, electrical equipment or replace parts; Check the rudder system and other navigation equipment.
