1. 3. The pollutant receiving unit of the ship shall, after the completion of the pollutant receiving operation, issue a pollutant receiving document to the ship, truthfully fill in the type and quantity of pollutants received, and the captain shall sign for confirmation. The vessel pollutant receiving document shall indicate the name of the operation unit, the names of the vessels of both parties, the time and place of the start and end of the operation, as well as the type and quantity of pollutants.
